SUCCESS Gymnastics is a USAG member club that offers classes for boys and girls aged 18 months to 18 years old! We have beginner classes for preschool aged children all the way up to Development Program training and everything in between.
At SUCCESS Gymnastics, we have a professional, experienced & trained coaching staff, a friendly & helpful office staff, in-ground foam pit, in-ground resi pit, on-site parking, new AAI equipment, an air-conditioned facility, parent viewing area, a NEW, separate building for pre-school classes, & so much more!

We have classes of all kinds for ages 18mo. to 18 years as well as competitive opportunities for children that want to take their gymnastics to the next level. We also do special events such as birthday parties, open gyms, and our annual Be Bray-ve Show.
The certified coaching staff at SUCCESS has been trained in a comprehensive introductory course on the following topics: coaching principles, basic safety, athlete development and preparation, risk management teaching gymnastics skills & more.
SUCCESS also has multiple USA Gymnastics Certified Members who have completed the Safety Certification Course and the background screening process required by USA Gymnastics.
Our curriculum is designed so your athlete can start gymnastics now! They do not have to wait for “the next session.” Join today! Please allow a 24 hour processing time for all registration!
Ongoing Enrollment Policy
SUCCESS Gymnastics operates year-round. Once your child is enrolled, they will remain enrolled until we receive official notice of withdrawal.
If your child wishes to take a break, you must submit a Withdrawal Notice—either by email or in person at the front office—no later than the 15th of the month prior to the desired withdrawal month.
All email communication will be sent through our JackRabbit software system.
Spot TV cameras allow parents to watch their child’s class from their phone. Each family can set up viewing access through the JackRabbit Parent Portal.
For privacy and security, you will only be able to log in and view your own child’s class.
Tuition Policy
Tuition will be charged to your Parent Portal account on the 1st of each month.
It is your responsibility to keep credit card information updated throughout the year. Updates can be made through your Parent Portal or in person at the office.
Billing Structure
Tuition is the same every month, regardless of the number of classes that month.
Some months include 5 classes (at no extra charge), and some may have only 3 classes—these are not prorated.
Missed classes are not prorated, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather.
All scheduled breaks and holidays are already factored into the monthly tuition rate.
A registration fee of $40 is due when you pay your first month’s tuition and each year on the anniversary of your initial registration. Your Parent Portal account will automatically be charged this fee on your anniversary date.
Each additional sibling receives a discounted registration fee of $35, also due with the first month’s tuition and annually on the same anniversary date.
An annual Safety Compliance Fee of $7 is applied to assist with USAG and Safe Sport compliance requirements.
Tuition Discount: A 10% discount will be applied to the lesser-priced tuition for each additional sibling.
SUCCESS Gymnastics does not offer a “free trial” class, as we believe it takes more than one class to determine the best fit for your athlete.
Classes are held year-round. If you need to change your gymnast’s class day or time, please email the gym at info@successgymnastics.net or visit the office to complete a Class Transfer Form.
Withdrawal Notice
If your child needs to discontinue participation in class, you must notify SUCCESS Gymnastics by either:
Emailing the office, or
Completing a SUCCESS Withdrawal Form in person and returning it to the front office
Important: Notices must be received by the 15th of the month prior to the month of withdrawal (at least 2 weeks before the start of the next month). Phone notifications will not be accepted.
Failure to follow the withdrawal procedure will result in continued tuition charges. Tuition is due for the entire month in which the withdrawal occurs, and accounts will be billed accordingly.
Providing timely notice allows us to:
Open your child’s spot for another gymnast
Remove your account from automatic billing
Adjust coaching staff if needed
A $25 processing fee will be applied if a student withdraws for 2 months or less and then returns to class.
Please note:
Tuition funds cannot be transferred to a sibling’s account.
Tuition funds cannot be applied toward a future month’s tuition.
You can update your child’s attendance through your Parent Portal if you know they will miss a class. You may also call or email the gym to notify us of any absences.
Unfortunately, we do not offer make-ups for missed classes under normal circumstances. However, SUCCESS hosts a FREE make-up class each spring to help families catch up. Watch for the date announced via email.
If your child misses two or more classes due to serious illness, injury, or surgery, please notify the office as soon as possible.
During June, July, and August, make-ups are offered and can be scheduled through the JackRabbit Parent Portal.
Families attending two classes per week may need to email the office to arrange make-ups to avoid class overbooking.
Leotards are recommended for class.
Please wear comfortable, safe clothing free of zippers, snaps, or any hard accessories to ensure athlete safety.
Swimsuits and sports bras that expose the midriff are not permitted, in accordance with USAG Safe Sport policies.
For safety reasons, long hair should be securely pulled back.
Leotards and booty shorts are available for purchase in the lobby. Inventory changes monthly, so be sure to grab your favorite while supplies last. Prices are posted on the wall near the rack.
T-shirts and other SUCCESS Gymnastics apparel are also available.
All purchases can be made at the office window.

We offer Open Gym throughout the year!
Each month, SUCCESS will host a “Pre-school Playtime” (ages 18 mos-4 years) and a Recreational Open Gym (ages 5-18 years). Open gyms will be advertised via email and social media, as well as posted on our website!
Monday-Thursday 4:30pm – 7:00pm
Gymnast will be evaluated throughout the school year based on class lesson plans and circuits. When a coach determines your child is ready to advance to the next class level, the office will notify your family via email.
All gymnasts will receive a certificate and progress report in May, indicating the recommended class for the upcoming session.
Please remember that every child progresses at their own pace—some levels may take 6 months to master, while others may take up to a year.
Please ensure you are receiving our emails, as we rely heavily on email to communicate important updates.
Add all email addresses you wish to receive communications from SUCCESS Gymnastics in your Parent Portal account.
Important: If you opt out of mass emails, you may miss crucial information from us.
SUCCESS Gymnastics will announce class cancellations via Facebook and email.
We aim to post and send notifications by the following times:
By 2:00 PM for evening classes
By 8:00 AM for morning classes
By 12:00 PM (noon) for Sunday classes
This policy applies to all Recreational and XCEL classes. The DEVO Team will be notified separately regarding any changes or cancellations.
Please note: We do not always follow public school early dismissals or late starts due to weather.
Always use your best judgment when traveling to class or practice during inclement weather.
Get a $20 referral credit when a friend becomes an active athlete at SUCCESS Gymnastics.

Our Annual Spring Show takes place the third weekend in May. Please visit our website for the exact dates each year.
The show is divided into at least separate sessions, with classes assigned to sessions to provide better viewing for spectators and shorter performance times for gymnasts. Your child will be assigned a specific session.

The Spring Show is held at SUCCESS Gymnastics.
Apparel & Tickets:
SUCCESS leotards and Spring Show t-shirts will be available to order before the event. These items are recommended but not required.
We do not order extras, so please submit your order form by the deadline. We ask all families to return the form, even if your gymnast will not participate.
Tickets can be purchased in advance at a ticket stand set up in the front lobby, usually during the second week of May.
Everyone attending, including parents, will need a ticket to enter.
Don’t worry if you don’t purchase tickets in advance—there will be seating available for everyone.
Gymnasts performing in the show attend free of charge.
Show Day:
Your child will demonstrate skills learned in class on floor, bars, and beam.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your gymnast’s session. Upon arrival, check in with a SUCCESS coach at the admission table so your child can be escorted backstage.
Parents are responsible for their gymnast’s personal belongings. Once your gymnast is with a staff member, parents and spectators may enter the gym to select seats and wait for the show to begin.
Doors will open 15 minutes before each session starts.
During the show, all gymnasts remain with their class and coach until the session concludes.
All gymnasts will receive a medal after their performance.
